2. Are your products authentic?

Yes. All products go through strict quality checks before shipping. For imitation jewelry, we use durable metal alloys and premium plating to ensure long-lasting shine and finish.


3. How do I place an order?

  1. Browse products on our website.
  2. Select the product and add to cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter your delivery information and select payment method.
  5. Confirm your order — that’s it!

You’ll also receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • UPI
  • Google Pay
  • PhonePe
  • Paytm
  • Razorpay
  • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available)

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available on most products.
In some cases, a small advance or partial payment may be required for high-value orders to avoid Returns-To-Origin (RTO).


6. How long does shipping take?

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Other Cities: 5–9 business days
  • Remote Locations: May take slightly longer

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp.


7. How can I track my order?

You can track your order via the Track Order page or by using the tracking link sent to your mobile/email once your order is shipped.


8. Do you offer returns or replacements?

Yes. We offer 7-day return/replacement for:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or worn jewellery cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — but you may request a return after delivery (as per return policy).


10. Are there care instructions for jewellery?

Yes — to maintain shine and quality:

  • Keep away from water, perfumes & cosmetics.
  • Store in a dry pouch or box when not in use.
  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use.

This helps extend the life & finish of your jewellery.
